Being a mom and a mompreneur

So this weekend my son had a major crisis in his life and it spilled over into my hubby’s and mine.  We were at our quarterly Kingdom Builder’s training to get our cups filled back up when I received several calls in a row.  Mind you my phone was on vibrate so I am feeling the vibration.  Then I get the text message.  Ok this must be serious or a lot to messages in a row.  So I politely take my phone out and glance at it.  Missed calls, and where you right now?  Well son, me and your dad are at a church training is this serious?  No, well yes but it can wait till your done but I need you or dad to call me.  We ended up taking our granddaughters for the afternoon, then overnight and late into the next day.  We enjoyed having them and they enjoyed being in a safe place with lots of hugs and kisses being handed out regularly by doting grandparents.  And the beauty of working my home business is I have this kind of flexibility to help out during the week if I needed to do that!  That not only blesses my grandbabies but it also blesses me knowing I can be there for them.  I couldn’t have done that with my J.O.B.  So I never look back and I never quit building this business for even more freedom!clocks-946934_1280

I don’t know about you but when I was a working mom I worked a full time job, a part time job, was taking night courses, juggling 3 boys, a household and everything in between!  And I had a hubby who helped as much as he could.  I look back now and I honestly don’t know how I did it and kept sane.  Do you feel this way?

Today life is a different season, but in a new way.  I am still very busy and sometimes the day just seems to get away from me.  I have to remember that I have to put strong boundaries in place for my “work hours” and “my home life hours.”  If I don’t separate those then I can get lost in chaos of business, social media and phone calls.  It’s all about learning where you are, what you are capable of and then using all the skills you learned along the way.  I am continuing to grow each and every day and I love what I do!  Helping others get healthy and live an abundant thriving life doing what they are destined to do!  How about you have you found that love? Your dream life? Your passion? Your plan B?

If not, then let’s connect for my FREE 15 minute consult and see how I might be able to help you make the dots connect so you are doing what you are passionate about and living out your destiny!  What’s holding you back?
