Methods for the use of Essential Oils
Aromatic – Use an essential oil diffuser or inhale directly
Topical – Apply to the bottoms of feet, can enter circulatory system within 30 seconds | Apply to localized area such as the back of the neck or spine, pulse points or dilute with carrier oil as needed
Internal – USE ONLY certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils when ingesting internally either by gel cap, directly in mouth, or water.
For internal use look for supplemental facts and always follow the label for use.
