There are many reasons to lose weight. It will help you feel better overall, give you a reason to love your body and be able to show others that you honor your temple. eatrealfoodA great way to lose weight is to avoid eating late at night, before going to bed. Most people don’t realize that eating late at night is bad for you and that you’re more likely to store all of that food as fat. It’s best to eat a light dinner. My program recommends no eating within 3 hours of sleeping.

If you want to lose weight, make sure you’re getting enough sleep. If your body doesn’t get enough sleep it can’t function properly. If your body isn’t functioning properly you won’t have the energy to exercise and lose weight. Instead you’ll be more prone to sitting around snacking and you’ll end up gaining weight. This is a vicious cycle.

A great way to help you lose weight is to choose leaner steaks. First of all, you want to avoid prime rib and rib-eye steaks because they’re extremely high in fat. Instead, you should go with flank steaks. T-bone and porterhouse steaks are fine as well. Remember that grass fed organic beef is best to avoid all the chemicals they are putting in our meats today.

If you eat too few calories your body goes into starvation mode, making fat loss almost impossible.
